Face cream
Let's start by saying that the face cream is an emulsion, that is, a compound containing an oily phase and an aqueous phase, and it contains ingredients that are suitable for various types of Skin.
It has different consistency and properties depending on its composition and is mainly used to keep the Skin hydrated and protected from external agents, maintain the Skin barrier function, and provide immediate relief, especially if soothing.
What substances does it contain?
The face cream, depending on its functions, may contain substances:
- Emollients: which replenish the lipophilic component of the hydrolipidic film, restoring the function of the skin barrier.
- Humectants: they perform a moisturizing action on the Skin
- Soothing: useful for sensitive and dry Skin
- Functional: many companies add functional substances to face cream such as retinol, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid or peptides. For this reason, it is always good to read the label before choosing the cream: you might already be using that active ingredient or it could be too aggressive or harmful for your Skin.
How to apply it
Lightening Gel can be used in small amounts on single spots or small hyperpigmented areas of the face. Apply it no more than twice a day. Apply locally to facial spots in the evening and/or morning, up to a maximum of twice a day. We recommend applying it to dry Skin, before your face cream, and waiting for full absorption before proceeding with your skincare. Daily use is recommended for 6-8 weeks for optimal results. It is suitable for all Skin types that have Dark spots and post-acne marks. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
How to apply it
Once you have found the cream best suited to your needs, apply it like this: take the correct amount of product for your face and spread it with your fingertips using gentle movements always from the center of the face outward and from the bottom upward (you can also pat it on some areas to stimulate microcirculation). Don’t forget the neck: with an open, light hand, massage the cream from the collarbones to the chin and from the area under the earlobes up to the shoulders.
