Do you have doubts?

Here you'll find the most useful answers

Can I use the shampoo every day?

Yes. It is formulated for frequent use and cleans the scalp effectively but gently. The frequency can be adjusted to the needs of your skin and the amount of sebum produced.

Can I use the conditioner even if I have oily hair?

Yes. Having an oily scalp doesn’t mean the lengths don’t need conditioning. Apply it to the lengths and ends to detangle and soften without weighing down.

After how long can I see the first results?

Sebum reduction is measurable as early as after the first application. Without additional washes, the sebum-regulating effect remains measurable for up to 72 hours after washing.*

Does shampoo dry out the scalp?

The formula is designed to purify while respecting the skin's comfort. After 28 days, 90% of volunteers say the shampoo purifies effectively without drying out.**

Is it necessary to shampoo twice?

Not necessarily. If you’re used to double-shampooing, you can keep doing that. It can also be useful if you have excessive sebum, styling product residue, or if more time has passed since your last wash. For all other cases, one single application is enough.

Is it also suitable for a sensitive scalp?

The formula is designed to cleanse while respecting the comfort of the scalp. If the skin is particularly sensitive, irritated or has a diagnosed dermatological condition, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist before use.
